Zalivanje fisura

To je izuzetno uzan prostor, toliko uzan da u nega ne moze da udje vlakno cetkice, ali zato mogu ostaci hrane i bakterije. Zubni kvar odatle najcesce i pocinje.
Fisure su najslabije mineralizovani delovi zubne gledji i zato je to najneotporniji deo zuba.

Postoji vise vrsta materijala za zalivanje fisura ali u osnovi sve su to neke vrste smola slicne plombama koje cvrsto prijanjaju za GLEDJ i tu se uspesno zadrzavaju vise godina. Na taj nacin oni onemogucavaju ulazak i zadrzavanje bakterija u tom uskom prostoru i tako smanjuju mogucnost kvara i do 70%.

Zalivena fisura

Ovi zalivaci fisura su obicno belo obojeni da bi pacijenti mogli kod kuce da proveravaju da li oni i dalje stoje na svom mestu.
Stomatolog treba u pocetku barem jednom u 6 meseci da izvrsi kontrolu zalivenih fisura.

U savremenoj stomatologiji, kao dokazana preventivna mera, primenjuje se zalivanje -lakiranje fisura na svim zdravim kutnjacima (molari) i pretkutnjacima (premolarima) kako mlecnim, tako i stalnim. Ispitivanja su pokazala da se 7O% ukupnog karijesa razvija upravo na griznim povrsinama bocnih zuba. Zbog toga je i znacaj zalivanja fisura izuzetno veliki.

Zub bez i sa zalivenom fisurom

Ponekada se zaliva i pocetni karijes u fisurama, jer su istrazivanja pokazala da u tom slucaju dolazi do potpune remineralizacije tj. data je sansa organizmu da se sam izbori sa karioznim procesom. U tome posebno mogu da pomognu savremeni materijali na bazi glas - jonomera.
Postupak je apsolutno bezbolan, tako da ga deca lako prihvataju i dobar je uvod za neke obimnije intervencije na decijim zubima.
Zub se prvo ocisti nekom profesionalnom pastom, osusi, premaže 37% fosfornom kiselinom, nanese se zalivac i prosvetli, zatim se proveri zagriz (ukloni se visak ako je potrebno) i to mesto ispolira.
