1. Infekcija Endodontska terapija je neophodna radi uklanjanja uzrocnika sa ciljem da se sacuva zub i njegova funkcija i estetski ga ucini zadovoljavajucim.		2.Omoguciti prohodnost kanala- trepanacijom Zub je anesteziran i neophodno je izvrsiti trepanaciju: skidanjem krova pulpe,uklanjanjem koronarne pulpe i stvaranjem ulaza u kanal korena.


3. Uklanjanje inficiranog/inflamiranog tkiva-ekstirpacija pulpe Ekstirpacija pulpe predstavlja mehanicku obradu kanala,koriscenjem endodontskih instrumenata.Mehanicka obrada kanala se ne moze zamisliti bez irigacije,a irigator je hemijska supstanca koja pomaze u otklanjanju organskog ili neorganskog sadrzaja kao i prodor instrumenata u kanal.		4. Punjenje kanala Za definitivno punjenje kanala se koriste gutaperka stapici,sami ili u kombinaciji sa bilo kojom pastom gde se kanal korena oblozi pastom,a potom se ubacuju gutaperka stapici.Sustina punjenja je da se maksimalno adherentno zatvore svi dentinski kanalici bocno i pulpo-periodontalne komunikacije.


5. Rekonstrukciona resenja Posle zavrsetka endodontskog lecenja,kavitet se zatvara odgovarajucim definitivnim materijalima(amagam,kompozit-konzervativna terapija).		6. Primena kocica U nekim slucajevima se postavlja kocic kao dodatna potpora(kad je u pitanju protetska terapija).


7. Postava krune Cementirana krunica.
